I was very fortunate to have Millie do my makeup for my son’s wedding this past weekend. I don’t wear makeup besides a tinted moisturizer, and I don’t know much about it. I wanted a natural, but enhanced look. I’m in my 60’s and my skin is very fair but gets very ruddy and red. I have an autoimmune disorder that causes excessive facial sweating. I explained all that to Millie, and she listened and responded so compassionately. She chose primer and makeup that were perfect for me. She applied my makeup at 8:00am, and at 10:00pm it was still looking great, except for obviously the lipstick that I hadn’t reapplied.The foundation still looked amazing. I had dozens of compliments about how beautiful I looked, and how beautiful my skin is. Not a single person told me my makeup looked beautiful. I think that is the greatest compliment I can give to Millie.She listened to my concerns, and there is not a single thing I wanted to change.I encourage you to have Millie do your makeup. Millie is an absolute professional. I never had my makeup done before, and I was concerned that makeup would not look natural on me for my wedding day. Millie was able to not only capture the vision I wanted but she exceeded my expectations! Millie is extremely understanding and actually listened to my worries and suggestions. She also made all of bridesmaids feel extremely confident to walk down the aisle. I would 100000% recommend her for anyone looking for a professional makeup artist!

I booked Millie for my wedding, and it was truly an amazing experience! Millie was responsive, professional, and such a joy to be around. She was flexible with my schedule for the trial and took the time to really listen to my bridesmaids, understanding their skin types, makeup preferences, and desired looks. I LOVE Millie so much! I have been very fortunate to know her for several years, and she has become a trusted person who my family and I go to for all things skin related, including makeup! Millie was so easy to work with when it came time to schedule makeup for my engagement party. After we did the trial, I had a few tweaks I wanted to make. Millie took my feedback so wonderfully, and I felt like a perfect princess on the day of my engagement!
Millie also did makeup for my mom and my sister, and she really made sure we were all super happy with our looks for the day. She also helped create a lighthearted, fun environment to get ready in, and we really enjoyed our time together!
As a side note, we are all women with darker complexions, and I have slightly sensitive skin. Millie has an exceptional eye and incredible technique, and we were SO happy with how elegant and natural we looked.
I highly recommend Millie's Workroom if you're looking for high-quality, beautiful work from a kind, thoughtful, and talented person! We cannot thank her enough, and I am so excited that I get to work with her again during my wedding in a few months!

Millie was absolutely amazing to work with! The booking, trial, and day of was so seamless. I had a very large party and she had a wonderful team who made all of my girls look and feel even more beautiful than they already are! She managed the number of people (and personalities) with an early start time with ease. My makeup both at my trial and on my wedding day was flawless. She put me at ease and helped to distract from my nerves the morning of the wedding with kindness and humor. I want to get married all over again just so I can keep working with Millie. I'm circling back after the most amazing wedding I ever attended. Of course I would say that, but it's true.
But what I really want to talk about is "the bride's" make up. Oh my God. You are beyond gifted!! She looked absolutely stunning on her wedding day and not every bride can say that, as they are wiping make up off in the bathroom with tears in their eyes.
Your application was flawless. You are soooooo good at what you do. You LISTENED!!!!!! A lost art. I truly have no words but how beautiful Kate looked that day. And her lipstick ..... the PERFECT PERFECT color. How in the world did you know?? And somehow, it was still on her lips at 11:30 that night. Just incredible. I'm pretty sure you've seen some of the pictures. The lipstick color was the icing on the cake.

Millie was truly a joy to work with. She was professional and consistently timely in her responses. She really listened to what I was wanting for my makeup during my trial and brough my pinterest photos to life. She even went above and beyond and came to my hotel to do my rehersal dinner make up. I felt SO beautiful on my wedding day and I owe it to Millie!

Millie was an absolute dream! She came recommended to me from a co-worker who also had Millie as a wedding vendor. I never do my make-up, so I had no clue what to expect and was nervous going into the trial. Millie made me feel very relaxed during my trial and I knew that just from how we meshed during the hour we spent together, that she would make sure my vision was executed flawlessly. Needless to say, I couldn't wait to see Millie on my wedding day, because I knew she would be able to put my nerves at ease as soon as I got in her chair. Definitely worth the investment from a professional and personal perspective! It was so nice to have a vendor who genuinely cared about my day, and not just the service being provided.

Millie was one of my top three vendors without a doubt!! I recommend her to everyone I know who is getting married. Not only did my make up (and entire bridal team) make up look GREAT, it also lasted ALLLL DAY! My niece is not a big make up fan loved every second of getting her make up done as well. In addition to looking beautiful, Millie makes you feel like you’ve know her for years and quite literally the easiest person to talk to. As a bride, you’d think I’d be filled with anxieties the morning of, instead Millie and I were just chatting about everything and anything! We also did a trial and my maid of honor got to come with, and it made the experience absolutely amazing! In addition she has her cutest lil pup at the shop and you get doggy love in addition to an amazing trial!

Millie was absolutely amazing, from reaching out to her the first time to the wedding day! Millie invited not only me for my trial, but also allowed my maid of honor to come along. Millie listened and looked at all my photos for inspiration and made sure it was more than what I wanted. She stayed professional and fast responding to all my bridal anxieties, questions, and anything that came up. She showed up on my wedding day on time and ready to rock!
